The Used X-ray, Ct And Mri Films Will Be Disposed Off Through Authorized Recyclers Having Valid Registration / Authorization Under Relevant Rules Under Environment Protection Act 1986 From The Respective State Pollution Control Committee/ Board. It Must Be Submitted Alongwith Technical Bid. 2. All Bidders Participating In Auctions/ Tenders Shall Be Required To Submit A Copy Of Valid Registration Certificate Issued By The Concerned Pollution Control Board, Duly Attested By The Issuing Authority. In The Absence Of Such Certification, The Bid Shall Be Rejected Out Rightly. 3. Any Bidder Who Fails To Comply With The Tender Conditions, Including Deposit Of The Auction Amount Within The Prescribed Time, Shall Be Liable To Be Debarred/ Blacklisted From Participating In Future Bids Of The Institution.
